Thank you for using LinkedWizard. This Refund Policy explains how we handle subscription cancellations and refunds for purchases made through our website. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
2. Subscriptions & Renewals
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled in advance.
- You can cancel at any time; access remains available until the end of the current paid term.
3. Refund Eligibility
- Billing errors / duplicate charges: If you were incorrectly charged (e.g., a duplicate payment), contact us within 30 days for a full correction or refund.
- Accidental upgrade or wrong plan: Reach out within 7 days; we’ll work to correct the plan or credit your account at our discretion.
- Technical issues: If you cannot reasonably use the service due to a verified technical issue on our side and support cannot resolve it, we may provide a pro-rated or full refund.
- Change of mind: Refunds are generally not available for change-of-mind requests after the billing date.
4. Trials, Discounts & Promotions
- Promotional pricing and trials are not refundable unless required by law.
- Trial periods (if offered) are for evaluation; charges after a trial are non-refundable.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email admin@linkedwizard.com with:
- The email used for your LinkedWizard account
- Invoice ID or the last 4 digits of the card used (for Stripe lookup)
- A brief description of the issue
We typically respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method by Stripe; bank posting times may vary.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve billing issues. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes are effective upon posting the revised policy on this page.
