These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LinkedWizard Chrome extension and website (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.
You may sign in with Google to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Do not share or resell access.
Some features require a paid subscription processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law. For billing questions or extenuating circumstances (e.g., duplicate charge), contact admin@linkedwizard.com.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes in accordance with these Terms. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks) remain with LinkedWizard and its licensors.
The Service may process text you provide (e.g., draft messages, comments, posts) to generate AI suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use the generated content. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or suitability.
The Service integrates with third parties such as Google (OAuth), Stripe (payments), and AI providers. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Our collection and use of personal data are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time, with or without notice, and will not be liable for doing so.
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that outputs will meet your requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LinkedWizard will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid to us for the Service in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LinkedWizard, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in London, United Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to their venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
